2. Definitions

• "Products" refers to the welding packages and related items sold on our website
• "Customer" refers to any person or entity placing an order
• "Order" refers to a request to purchase products from our website

3. Products and Orders

3.1 Made-to-Order Products

All products are manufactured to customer specifications. Once an order is placed and production begins, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Please ensure all dimensions and specifications are correct before ordering.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, we do not warrant that descriptions are error-free. If you discover an error after placing an order, we will work with you to resolve the issue.

3.3 Order Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including:

• Product unavailability
• Errors in product or pricing information
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Technical impossibility of specifications

3.4 Production Time

Production typically takes 2-4 weeks depending on product complexity. Lead times are estimates and not guaranteed. We will inform you of any significant delays.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Prices

All prices are displayed in Euros (€). Prices include VAT where applicable and are subject to change without notice. The price applicable is that displayed at the time of order.

4.2 Payment

Full payment is required at the time of order. We accept major credit cards, Bancontact, iDEAL (Netherlands), and bank transfers. All payments are processed securely through our payment providers.

4.3 VAT

VAT is included in displayed prices for EU consumers. For business customers (B2B) with a valid VAT number in another EU country, reverse charge may apply.

5. Delivery

5.1 Delivery Areas

We deliver to Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, and other EU countries. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on location and order size.

5.2 Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates provided after production completion. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

5.3 Risk Transfer

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier for shipment.

5.4 Inspection

You must inspect products upon delivery and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt. Claims for shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours.

6. Returns and Cancellation

6.1 Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)

Under EU consumer law, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. However, this right does not apply to products made to your specifications or clearly personalized (Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU).

As all our products are made to order based on your specifications, the right of withdrawal does not apply.

6.2 Defective Products

If products are defective or do not match your order (due to our error), you may be entitled to repair, replacement, or refund. See our Returns Policy for details.

6.3 Warranty

Products come with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This is in addition to your statutory rights under Belgian law (2-year legal guarantee for consumers).

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Product Use

Our products are sold as raw steel welding packages for finishing and installation by the customer or their contractor. We are not liable for:

• Improper installation or modification
• Use of unsuitable finishing or coating
• Installation not complying with local building codes
• Damage caused by improper handling or storage

7.2 Indirect Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of profit, loss of business, or costs of installation delays.

7.3 Maximum Liability

Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the affected products.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, designs, and logos, is our property or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute this content without written permission.

9. Customer Responsibilities

When ordering, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate measurements and specifications
• Verifying dimensions before placing an order
• Ensuring products are suitable for your intended use
• Complying with local building regulations
• Proper storage of products before installation
• Professional or competent installation

10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, war, strikes, pandemics, supply chain disruptions, or government actions.

11. Privacy

We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws including GDPR.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by Belgian law. For consumers, this does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence.

Disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Belgium. For consumers, disputes may also be submitted to the courts of your place of residence.
