Made-to-Order Products

All Welding Package products are manufactured to your exact specifications. Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or incorrect measurements provided by the customer.

Return Policy

When Returns Are Accepted

  • Product has a manufacturing defect
  • Dimensions do not match what was ordered (our error)
  • Product was damaged during shipping
  • Wrong product was delivered

When Returns Are NOT Accepted

  • Change of mind after order placement
  • Incorrect measurements provided by customer
  • Product has been modified, installed, or finished
  • Damage caused by improper handling after delivery
  • Normal variations in raw steel appearance

Reporting Period

Any issues must be reported within 14 days of delivery. For shipping damage, please report within 48 hours with photos.

2-Year Warranty

All Welding Package products come with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery.

What's Covered

  • Faulty welds that fail under normal use
  • Structural defects in the steel
  • Incorrect dimensions (if our manufacturing error)
  • Material defects

What's NOT Covered

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from improper installation
  • Rust or corrosion from improper finishing
  • Damage from accidents or misuse
  • Issues with third-party finishes or hardware
  • Cosmetic variations in raw steel

Refund Process

1. Report the Issue

Contact us at info@weldingpackage.com with your order number, description of the issue, and photos.

2. Assessment

Our team will review your claim within 2-3 business days. We may request additional photos or information.

3. Resolution

If approved, we'll offer a replacement part, full product replacement, or refund depending on the situation.

4. Refund Timing

Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.

If Your Order Arrives Damaged

  1. 1. Note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing
  2. 2. Take photos of the packaging and damaged items
  3. 3. Keep all packaging materials
  4. 4. Contact us within 48 hours with photos and order number
  5. 5. We'll arrange replacement of damaged parts
